Content policy

1. What this service generates

Aperture is a general-purpose, age-safe media generator. It makes images and short videos for ordinary creative, commercial, and illustrative work. It does not generate sexual content, and there is no adult mode, tier, or setting that enables it. A request for sexual content is refused as out of scope rather than routed to a provider.

2. Prohibited content

The following are refused outright. Attempting them may end the account and, where the law requires it, be reported to the authorities.

• Any sexual content involving, or appearing to involve, a minor.
• Any attempt to make a depicted person appear younger in order to evade this policy.
• Sexualised impersonation of a real person, and non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind, including face swaps and deepfakes.
• Use of reference material you do not hold the rights and consent to use.
• Coercive, exploitative, trafficking-related, or otherwise illegal content.
• Content that breaches the rules of the model, payment, hosting, or distribution providers this service depends on.
• Attempts to bypass moderation through encoding, obfuscation, translation, or parameter tricks.

3. How this is enforced

Every prompt and its parameters are screened before any provider is called. A request that fails the screen never enters a queue, never reaches a model, and never costs a credit. The decision is recorded as a reason code and the policy version above — not as a copy of the text.

Prompt screening is one layer. Provider-side safeguards and classification of the finished output run as well, and an output is not delivered until the required checks have completed. Uncertain cases are held for human review rather than released.

Repeated or deliberate violations lead to suspension or termination under the terms of service. Evidence is preserved for accounts closed on safety grounds.

4. Reporting illegal or non-consensual content

Anyone — customer or not — can report content generated by this service. Reports about sexual content involving a minor, or about intimate imagery of a person who did not consent, are treated as emergencies and handled before anything else.

A report is most actionable with the job or asset identifier if you have it, the approximate date, and a description of the content and of your relationship to the person depicted. Do not attach the material itself. On receipt, access is revoked, the relevant evidence is preserved, and the reporter is told the outcome.

5. Appeals

A refused prompt or a restricted account can be appealed. State the request identifier shown with the refusal; the reason code and policy version recorded at the time are what the appeal is reviewed against, so a later change to the rules does not rewrite the decision.
